The room is spacious, the bed and the pool. Love our room that has a pool view. Has a resort vibe

No bath tub. Extra charge to combine a twin bed/ day. The pool chlorine quite strong.

Change in the number of geust , etc The cooperation of the staff was good

It is very slow check-in out. The staff do not want to deal with it quickly.

Location. There is close to restaurants. I like the resort style.

The front office staff. I booked for non-smoker room, but I got the room for smoker. After complaining then I got the room as I request.

Facility

Check out process took more than 30 minutes because front office staff could not find credit card deposit slip and slow response to call duty manager to settle until I insisted to meet the manager, while I rushed for the ship schedule. After 1 hour the manager found the slip and void my deposit, appreciate the manager to settle but the staff needs to keep the paper properly

Centrally located hotel, next to a shipping mall. The architecture is kind of unique as the hotel is built like a circle. The swimming pool is good, staff are courteous, rooms are spacious, check in and check out are hassle free.

Hotel located next to Palembang Trade Center and easy for me to find food to eat during midnight since McDonald is just across the road.

The bathroom was a bit dirty and I still can see some dirt on the floor especially at the toilet. Having no mini fridge inside the room is a big disadvantage for a hotel like this.

The staff were friendly and location to nearby shopping mall is good. its relatively quiet in the evening. The room is very comfortable and air conditioning is really strong.

Design of the rooms and common area is a little dated. Facilities like the Gym is not air conditioned and anyone can be seen walking through the place.

Have stayed at the hotel a few times and find the room a good size with very comfortable bed. The hotel's facilities are very good and the staff are always very friendly, Free wifi throughout the hotel premises and with a good speed is a great bonus.

It was very difficult to control the temperature in the room and as there was no remote for the air conditioner, this meant getting out of bed in the middle of the night to turn the air conditioner on/off. Also disappointed that no draught beer was available at the bar, only canned beer.

1. The location of the property is quite central, and next to a decent mall, PTC 2. Rooms are spacious, and are arranged in an unique circular fashion around the pool area 3. Amenities in the room are good, and mini bar and snacks are well stocked 4. Swooning pool area is very inviting, and the restaurant and bar just overlooks the pool area 5. Breakfast spread is good, and all staff are courteous

The staff at the swimming pool was so rude and no manner. I wore the gymsuit for swimming and he said that my suit was not suitable for the pool. After 30 min, when I took picture from the top floor, I saw that some people (the man, woman, and the teenager girl) just wore the t-shirt and short pant. There is no action from the staff. Is it you called the proper swimsuit?? I reported this case to hotel receptionist, however, as predicted... no action. Just let it go. Hotel facility is good, but service is bad

Airconditioning cold.

Room was not turn down for 2 days. We did report to the operator on the 2nd night but no one comeback. So 3rd day my wife was not well but they did knock 3 times however throught my staff my room was never been make. Just imagine. We ask to check on the sink tap but the same operator did not give a feed back. The tap water was flowing on off not able to shut properly. Bathtub had dented mark. Carpet and some part of floor was dirty. I ask for a double bed but was given a joining 2 single bed. So you have to sleep either to the left or right a bit. I ask for a stomach pain medicine, but the dont send it until i have to go down and she had at the counter. She dont even apologise. They dont even advice me what time is the mall open when i wanted to buy additional medicine at the mall pharmacy. When i reached there i had to wait for 30mins whereby walking from hotel took me 10mins. I was walking around looking around for a spa and bump into 2 staff, 1 was black long sleeve shirt and pants and i guest the other one was maintenance in green short sleeve, both never say hello and dont even border to look at me and walk off pass me. And i guess the operator and the room service wasnt understand english. We spoke in malay also they hardly understand. I make a remark at Front Desk but a female staff thats wore black jacket dont even came to appologised. What a dissapointing service by Accor hotels. This worst service i ever come across to pay such money for 3 nights. If i know, i would have gone to Aston hotel or Aryaduta. They should have refund me the money for not servicing my stay.

Rooms were ok , clean and well presented

On check in we waited 10 min and my booking had not been lodged at your front desk by your bookings person rear of house. Room service did not answer the phone , when My meal came it was cold and the coke I ordered was warm (no ice ). The shower was cold even after running the tap both ways for a few minutes . Underwhelming
